TC100N is a fixed gas detector installed in a place where potential gas hazard exists to measure oxygen, toxic gas and combustible gas. With ATEX approval, it is suitable for explosive environment use. it communicates with the control panel through 4-20mA analog output or RS485 digital signal.
The fixed gas detector is uesd forSteelworks, Petrochemical plants, Shipyards, Water treatment plants, Mines. Power plants, Food industry etc.

Electrochemical Sensor Principle
1. Principle: Using the active chemical properties of the gas to be measured, it has reducing or oxidizing properties. In the process of participating in the chemical reaction, electrons are released or absorbed. A large number of electrons form a current. The current size is proportional to the gas concentration. The concentration of the gas to be measured can be measured by measuring the current size.
2. Advantages: The performance is relatively stable. Most toxic and harmful gases can be measured by electrochemical sensors, and the measurement linearity is very good.
3. Disadvantages: Electrochemical sensors are consumables with a relatively short service life. The service life is 1-2 years in general environment, and needs to be replaced every 3-6 months in harsh environment. The maintenance cost is relatively high.
4. Use: It is mainly used for the detection of toxic and harmful gases.
