GTQ-BS03 fixed gas detector is designed for industrial and commercial use. By adopting high-performance gas sensor and MCU technology, combined with sophisticated SMT manufacturing process, this detector has good repeatability, high accuracy and long lifespan.This detector is widely used in gas detection in petroleum and petrochemical industries, refineries, chemical plants, metallurgical industries, power industries, and other places that may produce harmful gases to the human body.

Electrochemical Sensor Principle
1. Principle: Using the active chemical properties of the gas to be measured, it has reducing or oxidizing properties. In the process of participating in the chemical reaction, electrons are released or absorbed. A large number of electrons form a current. The current size is proportional to the gas concentration. The concentration of the gas to be measured can be measured by measuring the current size.
2. Advantages: The performance is relatively stable. Most toxic and harmful gases can be measured by electrochemical sensors, and the measurement linearity is very good.
3. Disadvantages: Electrochemical sensors are consumables with a relatively short service life. The service life is 1-2 years in general environment, and needs to be replaced every 3-6 months in harsh environment. The maintenance cost is relatively high.
4. Use: It is mainly used for the detection of toxic and harmful gases.
