GTQ-WD2200 fixed gas detector is designed for industrial use. By adopting high-performance gas sensor and MCU technology, combined with sophisticated SMT manufacturing process, this detector has good repeatability, high accuracy and long lifespan.
The detector is widely used in oil refineries and chemical plants in the petroleum and petrochemical industries, as well as industries where flammable gases may cause explosions such as metallurgy, electric power, gas, catering, and aquaculture.

Electrochemical
Sensor Principle
1.Principle:
Utilize the active chemical properties of the gas to be measured, which is
reductive or oxidative. In the process of participating in the chemical
reaction, electrons are released or absorbed. A large number of electrons form
a current. The current size is proportional to the gas concentration. The
concentration of the gas to be measured can be measured by measuring the
current size.
2.Advantages: The
performance is relatively stable. Most toxic and harmful gases can be measured
by electrochemical sensors, and the measurement linearity is very good.
3.Disadvantages:
Electrochemical sensors are consumables with a relatively short service life.
The service life is 1-2 years in general environment, and needs to be replaced
in 3-6 months in harsh environment, and the maintenance cost is relatively
high.

for the detection of toxic and harmful gases.
