        Infiltration Chamber is a facility that infiltrates rainwater into the surrounding soil layer through an infiltration canal buried in the ground to replenish groundwater and realize the natural accumulation and infiltration of rainwater. Through the infiltration function of the infiltration channel, rainwater infiltrates into the soil layer, thus replenishing the groundwater, and at the same time, reducing the amount of rainwater directly into the municipal rainwater pipe network, reducing the peak flow during heavy rainfall.

Infiltration Chamber  Function:

  • Infiltration function: the product adopts an arch-shaped infiltration structure or side design with a large area of infiltration slits, which is capable of dispersing and infiltrating the collected rainwater into the soil, effectively replenishing groundwater resources.
  • Enhance drainage efficiency: rainwater infiltration channel has infiltration function while draining, which can reduce the pressure of urban drainage system and enhance drainage efficiency. Especially in the heavy rainfall season, it can effectively reduce the peak flow and minimize the occurrence of urban flooding.
  • Replenishment of groundwater resources: through the infiltration function, stormwater infiltration drains can replenish rainwater into the groundwater, which helps to maintain the groundwater balance and improve the urban ecological environment.
  • Reducing flood peaks: Reducing the amount of rainwater that directly enters the municipal stormwater pipe network reduces the peak flow during heavy rainfall and reduces the pressure on the urban drainage system.
  • Improve water quality: During the infiltration of rainwater, soil and microorganisms, etc. will purify and filter some of the pollutants in the rainwater, thus improving water quality.
