Infiltration Chamber Working Principle:

    A stormwater infiltration Chamber is a facility that infiltrates rainwater into the surrounding soil layer through an infiltration canal buried in the ground to replenish groundwater and realize the natural accumulation and infiltration of rainwater. Through the infiltration function of the infiltration channel, rainwater infiltrates into the soil layer, thus replenishing the groundwater, and at the same time, reducing the amount of rainwater directly into the municipal stormwater pipe network, reducing the peak flow during heavy rainfall.


Performance of infiltration chambers:

  • Enhance drainage efficiency: stormwater infiltration drains have an infiltration function at the same time as drainage, which can reduce the pressure of the urban drainage system and enhance drainage efficiency.
