Aluminium foil multi-layer film Introduction
Aluminum-plastic composite film gas sampling bag is an excellent alternative to rubber bladder. Aluminum-plastic composite film is made of nylon film (PA), aluminum foil (AL), polyethylene film (PE) using a two-component adhesive.
Aluminium foil multi-layer film Features
  • Opaque, good light-proof, low permeability, good air tightness, low adsorption, stable chemical properties, high mechanical strength.
  • The air bag is equipped with a plastic interface or a metal interface, which is convenient for inflation and deflation. The unique high-elasticity tear-resistant rubber sampling pad is specially used for syringe sampling.
Scope of application
It can be used to collect and store light-sensitive gas samples, mainly used for routine analysis and sampling, and can be filled with gases with stable chemical properties and weak chemical activity, such as petroleum cracking gas, natural gas, coalbed methane, smoke gas, ambient atmosphere, process reaction gas, and inorganic gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, and argon.

Operating guide & Precautions
1. Inflation pressure: The inflation pressure does not exceed 6KPa. Visual observation shows that the air bag is fully inflated, but it is not tight when pressed with fingers.
2. Usage temperature: -15℃~+60℃
3. Storage and use: Keep away from open flames and high temperatures to avoid puncture by sharp objects.
4. Replacement: When filling standard gas or sampling, it must be replaced several times with pre-installed gas.
5. Gas connection: The interface should be connected to instruments and equipment with a latex tube or silicone tube of the corresponding diameter. When the metal nozzle or plastic nozzle is connected to a latex tube or silicone tube, a tube clamp can be used to clamp it to isolate the gas from the outside.
